I thought I would share with you my latest make a 3D love canvas.....especially as Valentines was on the horizon

I've used Paperartsy chalk paint Rose and Nougat to create the overall colour. I've used a script stamp randomly all over the canvas and on the letters. The flowers are a Sheena Douglas stamp that i coloured in using Tim Holtz distress inks - Victorian velvet, pumice stone and for the leaves a blend of crushed olive and forest moss. everything was then cut out and shaped to create a depth for the flowers and leaves, I've used liquid pearls to create the center on the flowers.
I then adhered the love letters using pinflair.
this is how it started (Little bit back to front on how i created it sorry!)- rose chalk and a blend of nougat paint from Paperartsy and a babywipe I've watched many of Leandras videos on you tube using the paints and grungepaste. This one hasn't as many techniques as hers but i wanted to keep this one simple but elegant |
this is a close up of the random stamping i did on the background using a Lili of the valley stamp I bought from Port Sunlight stamping show which I'm hoping to be going to this year...fingers crossed! |
